Internet law often deals with topics like privacy policies, terms of service (TOS) and end user licenses (EULA), internet marketing and advertising, e-commerce, domain name conflicts, internet trademarks, data handling, data protection, data privacy, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and safe harbor compliance with regulations like DMCA (§512) and CDA (§230) which can protect platforms from being pursued for user generated content on their websites.
